12-Hour Cancellation Window
You may request a full cancellation and immediate refund within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet entered the shipping phase.
1. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email support@woknives.com immediately. Use the subject line: URGENT: Cancel Order #Your Order Number.
Our automated fulfillment system begins processing orders shortly after they are placed. If your request is received within the 12-hour window, we will stop the shipment and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
2. Cancellations After 12 Hours
If more than 12 hours have passed, or if your order has already been processed and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel the shipment.
In this case, please follow our Refund & Return Policy once the package arrives. You will need to return the unopened item to our Wyoming headquarters for a refund.
3. Address Corrections
If you noticed an error in your shipping address, please contact us within the same 12-hour window. After this time, redirecting a package in transit may incur additional carrier fees or result in delivery delays for which Woknives is not responsible.
