At Woknives, precision is our standard. We engineer our cutlery for professional-grade performance. If your equipment does not meet your expectations, our streamlined return process ensures a secure and transparent resolution.

30-Day Evaluation Window

Our return policy is active for 30 days from the date of delivery. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure customer safety, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after this 30-day window has expired.

1. Condition for Return

Due to the specialized nature of professional cutlery, all returns must strictly adhere to our Safety & Quality Standards:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Blades must be free of scratches, food residue, or sharpening marks.
  • Must include all original Woknives packaging and safety materials.
  • Critical: All protective edge-guards and tip-protectors must be securely attached for shipping safety.
WARNING: For the safety of our logistics personnel, any blade returned without its original safety guards will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

2. Fees & Responsibilities

  • Restocking Fees: We maintain a $0.00 restocking fee policy. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden deductions.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: For sizing preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged blade or the wrong model, Woknives covers 100% of return costs. Please contact us immediately for a pre-paid insured shipping label.

3. The Refund Process

Upon arrival at our facility, all returns undergo a technical inspection (typically within 48–72 hours). We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • USA Domestic: 5–7 Business Days
  • International: 7–10 Business Days (depending on your financial institution)
