At WOKNIVES, we strive to get our professional-grade kitchen tools into your hands as quickly and safely as possible. We currently offer shipping to all 50 states within the United States.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada).

  • Processing Days: Monday – Friday.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate and free shipping options depending on your order value:

  • Total Delivery Time: Total time = Processing Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (8-10 days). You can expect your package within 9 to 12 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on delivering to P.O. Boxes. If your order cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box, we will contact you via support@woknives.com to request an alternative physical address.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@woknives.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
